A company is looking for a Business Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact providers and clinical staff to explain programs and request information
- Develop and manage relationships with providers to enhance program participation
- Make 40-60 outbound calls daily and perform research to locate providers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Experience in an office or customer service environment using phones and computers
- Intermediate experience with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain a dedicated work area ensuring information privacy
- Capability to secure sensitive company documents
