Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processor to play a critical role in the loan approval process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all clients, both internal and external
• Ensure accurate and timely packaging of all loans originated by the Mortgage Loan Originator
• Organize, compile, and verify loan application information and submit for underwriting approval

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment
• Familiarity with all mortgage programs, including Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage products
• Encompass experience or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
