A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner for MD & VA jurisdictions, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions by investigating and gathering relevant information
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of MD & VA jurisdictions required
• Licensing is not required
