A company is looking for a PT- Administrative Assistant responsible for supporting various administrative duties for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit road occupancy permits, maintaining reports for municipalities
- Maintain local inventory reports and assist with inventory counts and reordering
- Organize and verify subcontractor work data, including filing, data entry, and invoice reconciliation
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
- Prior project administration experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience maintaining parts inventory
