Michigan Licensed Care Coordination Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Regional Care Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Regional Care Coordinator team members to ensure compliance with company policies and performance standards
• Act as the subject matter expert for the Regional Care Program, interfacing with clients and stakeholders to resolve escalated issues
• Monitor daily tasks and performance metrics, providing leadership and coaching to achieve high member and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operations role, preferably in a leadership capacity
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Contact center and Dispatch experience required
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
