Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Regional Care Coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train Regional Care Coordinator team members to ensure compliance with company policies and performance standards
- Act as the subject matter expert for the Regional Care Program, interfacing with clients and stakeholders to resolve escalated issues
- Monitor daily tasks and performance metrics, providing leadership and coaching to achieve high member and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operations role, preferably in a leadership capacity
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Contact center and Dispatch experience required
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
