Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of clinical operations
• Manage tracking of initiative goals and partner with clinical leaders to develop workforce management tools
• Facilitate root cause determination processes and conduct requirements analysis to align with organizational strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of analytical experience
• At least five (5) years of healthcare operations, finance, workforce management, or project management experience
• Familiarity with the healthcare payer industry is required
