Network Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee broadband and Ethernet network operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Manage activation and augmentation activities, including DSLAM/OLT and Ethernet routers/switches
• Provide and review monthly reports to management on team performance and develop KPIs for tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in network operations, including at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of broadband and Ethernet protocols
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with operational reporting tools and data analysis
