Key Responsibilities

• Learn the vision and strategy of the Parish team's offerings and support onboarding coordination for new partners
• Build and support operational systems to streamline workflows and maintain accurate partnership records
• Manage partner communication and engagement, coordinating logistics for parish engagement processes

Required Qualifications

• Passionate about the company's mission and understanding of parish life and prayer
• Experience in administrative support, parish ministry, or operations is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and operational excellence in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work in ambiguity with attention to detail and a process-oriented approach
• Comfortable with or eager to learn tools like Slack, HubSpot, Notion, and Google Workspace
