Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist responsible for managing shipment communications and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and resolve suspended carrier invoices and manage accessorial charge requests
- Track and trace shipments, managing various metrics within the TMS system
- Provide training on TMS processes and maintain data integrity within the system
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or 3 years post-high school work experience
- Minimum 1 year of business analytics and freight audit experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and Transportation or Load Planning experience
- Intermediate skill level with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
