Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist responsible for managing shipment communications and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and resolve suspended carrier invoices and manage accessorial charge requests
• Track and trace shipments, managing various metrics within the TMS system
• Provide training on TMS processes and maintain data integrity within the system

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3 years post-high school work experience
• Minimum 1 year of business analytics and freight audit experience
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and Transportation or Load Planning experience
• Intermediate skill level with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
