California Licensed Case Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Case Management for the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the performance of Case Managers and Lead Case Managers
• Oversee staff training, recruitment, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with care models
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize case management processes and achieve performance goals

Required Qualifications

• Current RN License in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; other clinical or business degrees considered
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification or eligibility with commitment to complete within 1 year
• Minimum of 5 years' clinical experience, including 3 years in case management
• At least 2 years of experience in team leadership, preferably in remote settings
