Key Responsibilities:

• Investigates all aspects of bodily injury claims, exercising discretion and independence
• Applies understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and collaborates with relevant representatives

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in handling homeowner, commercial, or auto liability claims
• Litigation experience may be necessary
• Based in a Pacific time zone state (California, Nevada, Oregon, Arizona)
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies
• Ability to manage and negotiate claims effectively
