Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRE Construction Loan Admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate Commercial Real Estate (CRE) construction loan documents
- Analyze and administer construction draw disbursements from loan approval to project completion
- Act as a primary liaison with customers, attorneys, construction consultants, and title company representatives throughout the financing process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience in commercial real estate loan administration, or five years of transferable experience in commercial loan administration
- Basic knowledge of commercial real estate lending and related transactions
- Ability to meet the requirements to be commissioned as a Notary Public
- Bachelor's degree preferred
