Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to support revenue and accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate client revenue using data from HubSpot and BI tools
• Prepare and send invoices and manage accounts receivable
• Communicate with clients regarding invoice corrections and payment-related requests

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable control, preferably in tech companies
• English language proficiency at B1+ level
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel
• Experience with HubSpot and QuickBooks is a plus
• Experience with management accounting is a plus
