California Licensed Estimate Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimate Reviewer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs quality assurance reviews of network contractor repair estimates for technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Documents review activities in XactAnalysis and interacts with network contractors to request estimate corrections
• Mentors new hires and participates in special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of four years of experience in the construction industry or property adjusting
• Successful completion of IICRC training (WRT and ASD) and HAAG training
• Xactimate Level 2 certification
• Highly proficient in advanced computer skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
