Director of Quality Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Star Ratings & Quality Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Team, fostering engagement and collaboration to achieve quality and performance targets
• Design and execute quality work plans to improve Star Ratings and other quality metrics
• Serve as a subject matter expert on quality programs and operationalize regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare quality
• 3+ years of experience with Star Ratings, HEDIS, and ACO REACH quality
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and developing talent
• Demonstrable working knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
