Quality Assurance Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Expert - MOPAN Organisational Assessments and Analytical Studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent quality assurance reviews of assessment reports and analytical studies
• Ensure deliverables meet MOPAN's methodological and analytical standards
• Provide feedback on methodology and track resolution of comments from stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience with multilateral or international development organizations
• At least 15 years of experience in conducting or managing complex evaluations
• Strong methodological grounding and knowledge of evaluation design
• Experience with meta-evaluations or synthesis studies in relevant fields
• Proven record of conducting quality assurance reviews for complex evaluations
