A company is looking for a Remote Senior Quality Auditor & Team Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation of calls and cases, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
- Oversee team activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify performance trends
- Conduct root cause analyses on quality issues and develop corrective actions while collaborating across departments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or technical certification in a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a patient support program, hub services, or quality assurance role
- Proven call quality audit experience with knowledge of compliance standards
- Experience in Adverse Event (AE) reporting and reconciliation is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
