QA Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Lead to drive Quality Assurance efforts and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices for manual and automated testing
• Lead the QA team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management
• Monitor product quality through metrics, reporting, defect tracking, and test automation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and defect tracking tools
• Solid knowledge of scripting or programming languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
