Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring they are current and from reputable sources
• Assist in resolution of client complaints and provide insight on consultant quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and laboratory values
• Ability to operate general office equipment and multiple software programs, including Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in work, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to federal and state mandates
