A company is looking for a Patient Support Clinical QA.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate clinical team performance through documentation and calls to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Analyze clinical interactions to identify trends and collaborate with departments to enhance patient experience
- Facilitate training for new hires and participate in audits and internal meetings
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with an active nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years of QA/QC or clinical safety experience
- Recommended 2-3 years of experience in reimbursement/insurance or healthcare billing
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of medication regulations and HIPAA guidelines
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
