Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Clinical QA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate clinical team performance through documentation and calls to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Analyze clinical interactions to identify trends and collaborate with departments to enhance patient experience
  • Facilitate training for new hires and participate in audits and internal meetings


Required Qualifications
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with an active nursing license
  • Minimum of 2 years of QA/QC or clinical safety experience
  • Recommended 2-3 years of experience in reimbursement/insurance or healthcare billing
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of medication regulations and HIPAA guidelines
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
