QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Engineer to lead quality assurance strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the QA strategy end-to-end, from risk triaging to automation implementation
• Design and implement a scalable QA process for small, fast-moving teams
• Automate testing processes, including integration, E2E, and regression testing

Required Qualifications

• Experience establishing QA functions or frameworks in early-stage teams
• Fluency in QA tooling and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Pytest, Cypress)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling, preferably GitHub Actions
• Comfortable working across a full-stack environment (backend APIs, front-end UIs)
• Curiosity or experience in applying AI to enhance QA processes
