A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation and payer regulations in the delivery of home medical equipment products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Review delivery/shipping tickets and on-site orders for compliance with standards
- Accurately process and verify documentation and orders, including insurance verification
- Identify trends in processes to improve efficiency and cost savings
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance
- Two years of work-related experience required for senior level positions
- Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
