Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation and payer regulations in the delivery of home medical equipment products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review delivery/shipping tickets and on-site orders for compliance with standards
• Accurately process and verify documentation and orders, including insurance verification
• Identify trends in processes to improve efficiency and cost savings

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance
• Two years of work-related experience required for senior level positions
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
