Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCS-Quality Expert CC.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews and provide feedback to operational team members
• Assist in the development of Standard Work for team members
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical medical record documentation and coding

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of facility coding experience required
• Requires RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CIC, or COC certification, or an active RN license
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Coding, Nursing, or Finance preferred
• Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma training preferred
• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations related to coding, billing, and auditing
