Quality and Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Quality & Compliance Manager, Remote East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor team members, overseeing training, development, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and manage compliance programs and continuous improvement objectives
• Lead quality-of-service initiatives, manage audits, and report compliance status to clients and senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered
• Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management is preferred
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
• Ability to handle sensitive information and complex problem-solving
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
