Sales Operations QA Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations QA Associate to join their Sales Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, test, and validate Salesforce workflows and NICE CXone Dailers for alignment with business logic
• Identify, log, and report issues in Salesforce flows and coordinate with Dialer Admins for resolution
• Document test cases and provide feedback on process inefficiencies to recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in QA testing, preferably within Salesforce and/or NICE CXone environments
• Understanding of QA methodologies and tools
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce flows and NICE CXone call routing solutions
• Salesforce Administrator or NICE CXone certifications are a plus
