A company is looking for a Claim Review Manager to lead a team in optimizing the Claim Review program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the vision of quality and establish a culture of business process improvement
  • Analyze claim review results to inform quality trends and drive change across the organization
  • Develop and implement quality systems strategy and manage team performance and productivity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management or risk management, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management principles and regulatory requirements related to group benefit solutions
  • Proven track record of developing quality and risk management frameworks
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
