Georgia Licensed Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator in Home Health Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately assign diagnosis and codes, reviewing clinical documentation including 485s, OASIS, and final claims
• Educate and orient staff on OASIS documentation and Medicare guidelines
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines and transmit OASIS data to the state

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or from an accredited Nursing program
• Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact license
• OASIS Certification and ICD10 Certification recommended
• Minimum of 3 years of Home Health experience required
• Previous Home Health QA experience preferred
