Senior Business Analyst Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Tester (Lead) LTSS.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify testing scope for integration enhancements to ensure quality and mitigate risks
• Develop and communicate test plans, including dependencies and risks, ensuring timely completion
• Execute test cases, document outcomes, and communicate issues for resolution

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Analyst / Tester experience in a relevant Healthcare environment, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare
• Minimum of an Associate Degree
• Hands-on testing experience required; Testing Lead experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge in analytical software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL) and requirement-mapping tools (e.g., ALM, Jira)
• Familiarity with computer programming concepts such as configuration and batch processing
