QA Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Supervisor to manage a Quality Assurance team and ensure quality in application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Quality Engineers
• Oversee defect correction workflows and advocate for Testing Best Practices
• Conduct ongoing testing and organize Beta and A/B tests

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a QA role testing web and mobile applications
• At least 6 years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in C#
• 2 or more years of experience leading and mentoring a QA team
• Experience in hiring, performance evaluation, and process improvement planning
• Familiarity with writing and reviewing test plans and conducting User Acceptance tests
