Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Enterprise Quality & Process Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives across various quality metrics and identify additional quality improvement opportunities
  • Develop strategies to enhance care quality and member satisfaction based on member insights
  • Ensure compliance with NCQA Accreditation and manage quality improvement programming aligned with strategic goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related clinical field required; Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
  • 10+ years of healthcare operations experience, including quality and process improvement experience
  • Experience with NCQA accreditation preparation and auditing
  • Experience leading initiatives to improve CAHPS and HOS performance metrics
  • Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) and RN License preferred
