Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Enterprise Quality & Process Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance improvement initiatives across various quality metrics and identify additional quality improvement opportunities
- Develop strategies to enhance care quality and member satisfaction based on member insights
- Ensure compliance with NCQA Accreditation and manage quality improvement programming aligned with strategic goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related clinical field required; Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
- 10+ years of healthcare operations experience, including quality and process improvement experience
- Experience with NCQA accreditation preparation and auditing
- Experience leading initiatives to improve CAHPS and HOS performance metrics
- Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) and RN License preferred
