A company is looking for a Seasonal - Sales Quality Assurance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales quality monitoring assessments of sales agents and document results
- Participate in conference calls with carrier partners and sales leaders to discuss quality standards
- Analyze data from AI platforms and provide actionable insights for the sales team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in call center or Medicare industries
- Knowledge of risk assessment concepts
- Experience with NICE inContact, LevelAI, or other AI solutions is preferred
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement concepts
