Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Team Lead (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control reviews and monitor incoming calls to assess service quality and adherence to policies
- Provide feedback on call monitoring results and evaluate interactions for quality assurance
- Assist in managing quality task assignments and track performance metrics to meet service level agreements
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience; Associate degree preferred
- Experience in student loan and Department of Education programs preferred
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a criminal background check
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Accurate data entry skills with a focus on quality assurance processes
