Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing quantitative and statistical analysis of performance data, including HEDIS measures and service utilization
- Develop HEDIS measures, service utilization, and quality report extraction specifications
- Prepare and update quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports for NCQA accreditation and Health Plan deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Social Work, Biostatistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of performance and statistical analysis or quality improvement experience
- Experience in public sector managed care/managed behavioral health care preferred
- Experience with standard statistics software preferred
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
