California Licensed Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting process and special analyses
• Improve the visibility and reportability of financial data in collaboration with Accounting and Finance teams
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and implement operational best practices across departments

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• 12 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance, including 4 years in a management role
• Strong understanding of percent complete revenue recognition
• Knowledge of Financial Information Systems requirements
• Exceptional knowledge of finance, budgeting, and cost control principles
