Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Clinical Research Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate clinical monitoring activities for assigned clinical trials
• Collaborate with the study team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and protocol adherence
• Prepare training materials and mentor new team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 2 years in a Senior CRA role
• Experience in Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical trials preferred
• Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., CCRP, CCRA) is preferred
• Thorough knowledge of regulations governing clinical research and ICH GCP
