Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney (Contract and Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle various aspects of civil litigation, including written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Work independently or collaboratively with a team on litigation cases
• Manage a flexible work schedule, either part-time or full-time, while working remotely

Required Qualifications

• California licensed attorney with at least seven years of civil litigation experience
• Experience in commercial/business litigation, labor and employment law, personal injury law, premises liability, environmental/toxic tort litigation, real estate law, or mass tort litigation
• Proven ability to work independently
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
