Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IP Counsel, Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Biotech.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify patentable subject matter and create effective IP strategies
• Draft and prosecute patent applications while directing foreign counsel
• Advise internal stakeholders on AI-related IP issues and assess third-party landscapes

Required Qualifications and Education

• J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school, or a B.A./B.S. in a relevant field
• Four or more years of experience practicing intellectual property law
• Ten or more years of experience in patent or intellectual property law preferred
• Experience in AI, machine learning, and related fields is highly preferred
• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is a plus
