Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager - US - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of sponsor contracts and change orders, including drafting and incorporating budgets and legal terms
• Collaborate with various departments to draft and finalize contracts and change orders
• Lead negotiations with sponsors regarding contract terms and project scopes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Two to three years of direct experience in CRO or pharmaceutical data management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Strong planning, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
