New York Licensed Legal Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Legal Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop the compliance function
• Review commercial and financing agreements, and assist with hotel agreements
• Conduct legal research and support Human Resources with compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• A law degree and admission to or in the process of admission to the New York State Bar
• Minimum of two to three years of legal experience
• Experience with hotel agreements and event services is a plus
• Ability to manage legal services and provide detailed explanations of legal queries
• Understanding of New York City's operational agencies and political environment is a plus
