State Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to provide legal guidance and contracting services remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide transactional legal support and draft, review, and negotiate complex vendor and commercial contracts
• Lead the vendor and customer contracting team and support team initiatives
• Manage multiple contract priorities and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• JD and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• 7+ years of legal experience with documented experience in contracting drafting and negotiation
• Demonstrated transactional negotiation and drafting skills
• Proven business acumen
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with various stakeholders
