Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Counsel to join their global Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to product, engineering, and business teams on product development and lifecycle
• Design and implement scalable legal and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in telecom, privacy, consumer protection, and payments

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from a top law school and active bar membership
• 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in tech, telecom, or a highly regulated company
• Deep experience counseling product and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in privacy, compliance, consumer protection, and payments law
• Demonstrated ability to build legal processes and documentation from the ground up
