Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Litigation Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation processes including issuing/responding to subpoenas and conducting depositions
- Interface with various stakeholders including internal teams and outside counsel
- Conduct professional witness interviews and manage discovery and eDiscovery processes
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of commercial and/or healthcare litigation experience
- Defense litigation experience in the commercial healthcare arena
- Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI regulations
- Active license to practice law in Tennessee
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
