Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Litigation Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation processes including issuing/responding to subpoenas and conducting depositions
• Interface with various stakeholders including internal teams and outside counsel
• Conduct professional witness interviews and manage discovery and eDiscovery processes

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of commercial and/or healthcare litigation experience
• Defense litigation experience in the commercial healthcare arena
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI regulations
• Active license to practice law in Tennessee
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
