Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Project Management Analyst to assist with legal project management initiatives and enhance client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with large client engagements by allocating resources, tracking progress, and reporting results to partners and management
- Support and maintain internal tools for assigned clients, including budgeting and document automation
- Monitor financial KPIs, develop progress reports, and identify opportunities for improved efficiencies in service delivery
Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Undergraduate degree or paralegal certification required
- Minimum of three years of experience in a law firm, with two years in legal project management preferred
- Experience with law firm billing systems and financial reporting
- Demonstrated success in supporting legal clients in a national, multi-office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
