Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Compliance Corrections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Compliance Corrections team to address non-compliance issues with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Develop reports and recommendations for management based on compliance data and trends
• Maintain relationships with leadership and stakeholders to promote engagement in the Corrections process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Public Health, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 4+ years of compliance experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 1+ years of experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or Commercial Managed Care
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Experience interacting with federal and state regulatory agencies in managed care or insurance preferred
