Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Compliance Program and create employee awareness
• Conduct training and education on compliance-related topics and maintain knowledge of regulations
• Lead compliance investigations, audits, and report compliance matters to leadership and the Board of Directors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Certification in healthcare compliance is preferred
• Five or more years of experience in healthcare compliance matters
• Thorough familiarity with relevant healthcare laws and regulations
• Ability to manage responses to government inquiries and audits
