Key Responsibilities

• Handle administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for various clients
• Work collaboratively with partners, attorneys, and paralegals on case tactics
• Focus on high-quality legal work with flexible billable hours and no business development pressure

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
• Barred in good standing in Michigan, Washington, California, or Arizona
• 5+ years of litigation experience with a focus on employment law
• Strong background in handling civil litigation in federal and state courts
• Experience working with administrative agencies
