Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Attorney I to provide legal counsel and advice to ensure effective operations in accordance with laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international laws
• Determine the appropriateness of settlement or litigation options

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate Degree from an A.B.A accredited law school
• Admission to the bar and at least six years of relevant legal experience
• Demonstrated competence as a practicing attorney in relevant areas of law
• Experience in securities and corporate law practices
• Background in corporate finance and compliance
