Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and drafting of various commercial agreements
• Analyze contractual risks and guide teams on mitigation strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address specific legal needs and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active state bar membership
• Substantial experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, particularly with technology agreements
• Experience with SaaS systems, including contract lifecycle management and CRM technology
• Ability to simplify complex legal concepts for management and stakeholders
• Experience in building scalable legal processes
