A company is looking for a Copyright & Content Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize copyright moderation workflows and develop self-serve tools for takedown and dispute resolution
- Assess and enhance content moderation policies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage copyright and content moderation queues, ensuring timely resolution of integrity-related tickets
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content operations, trust & safety, or legal operations in a digital media or tech environment
- Strong understanding of copyright law, particularly DMCA, and experience with UGC moderation
- Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Airtable, and AI-based automation platforms
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and customer success teams
