Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager for the Risk Evaluation and Assurance Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of compliance testing professionals, overseeing risk-based monitoring and evaluation activities
- Provide guidance and strategic direction for compliance testing and special projects in collaboration with line of business management
- Utilize data analysis tools to assess risks and evaluate controls, identifying potential weaknesses and control gaps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 6 years of compliance, risk management, and/or audit experience, with management experience preferred
- Practical knowledge of financial services compliance regulations, including AML/BSA and consumer compliance
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including advanced Microsoft Office skills
- High ethical standards and strong critical thinking skills
